At Hijab Elegance, we want your shopping experience to be seamless and worry-free. Please review our Shipping and Returns Policy before placing your order.

📦 Shipping Policy

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping (UPS Ground) on all U.S. orders of $30 or more (after discounts and before tax).
  • Orders under $30 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
  • Customers may choose expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day, overnight) at an additional cost during checkout.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the carrier and speed selected.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Hijab Elegance is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or issues beyond our control.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, worn or used hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, customers will need to cover return shipping; Hijab Elegance will ship the replacement product at no extra charge (U.S. orders only).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email support@hijabelegance.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
  • Once verified, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns (excluding defective or incorrect items).
  • Shipping charges paid at checkout (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

🚫 Misuse & Fair Use

To protect against misuse:

  • Hijab Elegance reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if items are worn, washed, altered, or returned in unsellable condition.
  • Excessive returns or suspected fraudulent activity may result in refusal of future orders.
  • Hijab Elegance is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Customers should use a trackable shipping method for returns.

📩 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@hijabelegance.com with your order number and request.
  2. If approved, ship the item(s) back to the return address provided.
  3. Keep proof of shipment until your return is processed.
  4. Refunds/exchanges will be processed after inspection of returned item(s).
